Order Process

Please note that any order placed will be processed within 2 days but we normally process on the same day.  Orders placed after 1 pm will be processed on the next working day. We are only able to fulfil online orders during Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Delivery cost will be £2.99 sent 2nd class Royal Mail

ORDERS £30 or over will be Free

Return & Refunds Policy

While we hope you will be happy with your order from The Laughing Gull , you may need to return them.  If you do, this policy has all the information you’ll need to know.

Refund Policy

As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulation, your right to request a refund starts from the moment you place your order until 14 days after you receive your goods.  Refunds can only be made on unused items that have the full purchase value remaining.  To return an item please contact us at info@thelaughinggull.co.uk.  Once you have registered your refund, please put your item into the post and send it back to The Laughing Gull c/o DLH Worldwide unit 7a broadoak industrial estate off Ashburton Rd West Trafford Park Manchester M17 1RW. Once the item has been received your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.  Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used for purchase. We do not accept responsibility for the loss of your returned goods or your postage charges.
